By visiting our website, quinnfieldgardens.com (the “Site), making a purchase, or interacting with any part of our site (collectively, the “Services), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”). Please read carefully.

For the purpose of these Terms, “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Quinnfield Gardens. “You” and “your” means you as the user, whether you are a customer or website visitor, or another individual accessing our Services pursuant to these Terms.

USING OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use the Site and our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site or content to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others

  • Transmit any viruses or malicious code

  • Collect data or personal information from others without consent

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders are placed through our website. All payments are processed securely using Squarespace’s payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information when making a purchase. Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on location and season.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated (especially during holidays or harvest-heavy seasons). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Please note: As a small farm, we do not ship fresh flowers unless explicitly stated in a product listing.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order and cannot be fulfilled, we’ll contact you directly and issue a full refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of some of our goods, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue at: hello@quinnfieldgardens.com.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible. We can usually cancel if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, let us know immediately.

FARM ACCESS

Quinnfield Gardens is a private working farm and is not open to the public. We ask that you kindly respect this boundary for our safety, yours, and the wellbeing of our growing space.

All content on this site, including images, copy, branding, and design, is the property of Quinnfield Gardens and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

We may update these terms as our shop or farm evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page and updated with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of this Site means you accept any changes.
