So It begins

560+ lisianthus seeds sown. A modest beginning. Lisianthus will be the only field flower focus for 2026. I’ll be sharing the process. Every trial. Every adjustment. Every win.

We’ve had one or two light frosts. It shows. The birds have started heading further south for the winter. There’s still a few hours of warmer temps lingering around the field most days and I finally ordered a pair of winter garden gloves.

A QUIET SHIFT

It’s late July now. The rhythm in the field is still familiar. One of tending, shifting, preparing. This is the season in-between. Where what is lingers and something new begins.
